MULTI-MAREX: At a time when extreme weather events and unpredictable natural hazards are becoming increasingly frequent, the connection between science and society is more important than ever. This video presents the joint project MULTI-MAREX from the third research mission of the German Marine Research Alliance (DAM), known as mareXtreme. This short overview shows how researchers, from the heart of the Santorini caldera to the coastal communities of Greece, use real-time data to inform coastal populations.
